By accessing this site, checking the entry-gate boxes, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every term below. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase any product.

1. Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro laboratory investigation only. They are:

• not dietary supplements, drugs, cosmetics, foods, or medical devices;
• not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent authority for human or veterinary use;
• not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

The products must not be consumed, ingested, inhaled, injected, applied to, or otherwise administered to humans or animals, and must not be introduced into any living organism under any circumstances. They are intended exclusively for qualified professionals conducting lawful laboratory research.

2. Eligibility & Buyer Representations

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 21 years of age;
• are a qualified researcher or are acquiring the material on behalf of a legitimate research institution, and will use it exclusively for lawful in-vitro research;
• will never consume, administer, or distribute any product for human or animal use, and will not resell or transfer it to anyone who intends such use;
• possess the knowledge, training, and facilities to handle research chemicals safely;
• are solely responsible for ensuring that purchase, import, possession, and use of these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Bitcoin-Only Payment

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and settled in Bitcoin (BTC) at the live exchange rate shown at checkout. We do not accept fiat currency, credit or debit cards, PayPal, or any third-party payment processor.
• There are no customer accounts and no KYC. Your cart is stored only in your own browser.
• After sending payment, you email a screenshot of your blockchain confirmation to spartapeps@gmail.com. Once the transaction is verified on-chain, your order is processed.
• You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the exact address shown. Payments sent to the wrong address, in the wrong amount, or from a custodial service that does not give you control of the sending wallet are not recoverable and are not the responsibility of the seller.
• All payments are made in Bitcoin and are final and non-reversible. There are no chargebacks or reversals. Please review your order carefully before paying.

4. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order is placed. Because settlement is in Bitcoin and products are research chemicals, every sale is final at the moment of payment. By completing a purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Shipping & Handling

• Orders are processed after on-chain payment verification and typically ship within 24 hours of confirmation. Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sterile vials suitable for laboratory handling.
• Transit times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. The seller is not responsible for carrier delays, customs inspection, seizure, or losses once an order has been dispatched.
• The buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for ensuring lawful import and for any duties, taxes, or customs requirements in the destination jurisdiction.
• The buyer is responsible for lawful storage, labeling, transport, and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable law.

6. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, scientific, or professional advice. Product names, imagery, and themes (the “Bio-Legends” mythological styling) are stylistic marketing references for collectible product art. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed from any third-party rights holder, and they do not describe, suggest, or imply any intended human use, benefit, or effect.

7. Assumption of Risk, Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

• You assume all risk associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of these materials.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the products, including any misuse, unlawful use, or improper handling.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the seller and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your purchase, possession, handling, use, or distribution of any product, or your breach of these terms.

8. Compliance & Lawful Use

It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws and regulations that apply to research chemicals in your country, state, and locality. The seller makes no representation that any product is lawful in your jurisdiction. Where any product or its sale would be unlawful, it is offered void where prohibited.

9. Changes to These Terms

Pricing, product availability, and these terms are indicative and subject to change without notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

10. Acceptance

By checking the entry-gate boxes and by acknowledging the pre-purchase confirmation at checkout, you confirm that you are 21 or older, a qualified researcher acquiring these materials for lawful in-vitro research only, and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, Disclaimer & Conditions of Sale in full.
